Quality Products
As a world-class competitor with the OEMs, the remanufacturing
industry offers high-quality products based on extensive
testing and research.
According to a report from the Boston-based research
firm, Lyra Research, Inc., almost 80 percent of those
businesses that used remanufactured cartridges found
them to be equal to or exceed OEM performance.
The Int’l ITC established a partnership with
The National Center for Remanufacturing and Resource
Recovery (NC3R) at the Rochester Institute of Technology
(RIT) in the late 1990's to assist members in their
pursuit of quality remanufacturing. Look for remanufacturers
who are STMC-certified. This means that they have gone
through a rigorous training and testing process based
on standardized test methods.
